Online Grief Retreat 

Payment can be made in full or in 3 installments at the time of booking. The total cost is £800**.

Please be aware that our charges are based on comparative options and costs incurred for running the retreat.

**The number of installments available is dependant upon booking date.

Your payment includes 4 days of intensive work with our trained practitioners for 4 hours each day (approximately). 

Please note that this event will be run via Zoom and will not be recorded. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are able to access Zoom. 

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Once the retreat is sold out we will not have the capacity to offer additional places.

Resources for the scheduled activities - you will receive a list of recommended items in advance of the event.                   

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total cost of the retreat applies. Registration forms will be sent to you by email and need to be completed and returned within 30 days of registration and before the retreat commences.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation received up to 14 days before the retreat commences will result in a loss of 50% of the intensive price. There will be no refunds given after this date.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the attendee minimum (if we do so all paid funds are refunded).

Naked Truth Recovery, a UK based programme of Visible Ministries, reserves the right to cancel any event prior to commencement for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede event operations.  The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Naked Truth Recovery from any further liability.  An event cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes, or other events impede them from running.
